Broadcaster & client content responsibility
Effective September 30, 2026. Applies to client channels, radio stations, live streams, podcasts, recorded audio and video, and associated submissions.
Your content, your responsibility
Each client, streamer, broadcaster and uploader is responsible for the content they publish, transmit, schedule or make available through their service, including content supplied by their staff, guests and presenters. Clients are responsible for supervising everyone they authorize to use their channels or credentials.
Rights, permissions and compliance
You must hold the rights, licenses, permissions and consents required for your content and its distribution. This includes music, recordings, films, images, performances, trademarks and participant permissions. You are responsible for applicable laws, privacy obligations, advertising disclosures, royalties and other obligations connected with your broadcasts or uploads.
Independent broadcasters
Content and opinions supplied by clients, streamers, guests and users are their own. StreamServer provides hosting and delivery tools. Making content available through streamserver.space does not mean StreamServer endorses, approves or verifies that content or its claims.
Limits on platform responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StreamServer disclaims liability for third-party content, statements, conduct and rights violations, and for losses or claims arising from a broadcaster’s or client’s content. Nothing in this policy excludes liability or duties that cannot legally be excluded, or guarantees immunity from claims.
Prohibited content and enforcement
Do not transmit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, exploit minors, threaten or harass people, commit fraud, or publish private information without a lawful basis. StreamServer may investigate reports, restrict access, remove content, suspend services or terminate accounts where appropriate. Repeat infringement may result in termination.
Cooperation and claims
Clients and broadcasters must cooperate with reasonable investigations and promptly address reported violations. To the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable service agreement, you agree to indemnify and hold StreamServer harmless from third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, rights violations or unlawful use of the service.
Report a concern
Use Support & error reporting to identify the channel or episode, the relevant page, the time and the nature of your concern. This support form does not represent that StreamServer has registered a designated copyright agent or completed a statutory notice-and-takedown process.
